We are pleased to announce the release of our new camper registration system! This new system is for all of our campers and camp programs (Respite, Wawbeek, Veterans and Kee-B-Waw). Please create a new account that you will be able to use when registering for future programs.
Follow these 4 easy steps to register for camp:
Print the PDF version of the application , fill it out and mail it in. Forms can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Email or call us (1-800-422-2324) to receive an application by mail.
#2 Wait 2-3 weeks for acceptance or waitlist confirmation by MAIL or EMAIL (registration fee required within 10 days of acceptance if paying privately).
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your email provide's safe senders list if you applied online.
#3 Bring your completed Medical Examination form to camp. We must have a form on file that was completed within the last 12 months. If we do not have a form for you already on file, please schedule a physical and have your physician complete the Medical Examination form, which you can download and print from the bottom of this page.
#4 Two weeks prior to your session date you will receive the reminder packet by mail; complete the medication form enclosed and bring to camp. A billing statement will be included on the session notifcation letter. You may either pay ahead by mail, pay through the online registration system or at camp by the due date.
