Wawbeek Weekend Program Application

Please complete the following for to register for Camp Wawbeek Weekends. All fields are required.  If you have not attended our camp before you will need to fill out a complete application to apply for this session.  Fees can be paid online.

These weekends are open to any Camp Wawbeek campers (including Trailblazers). Our Transition Programs offer a chance for participants to express themselves in ways they may not feel open to in other environments: in ways that are non-judgmental and where all of the participants are made to feel they have something to offer. We hold discussions about self image and goal setting, along with planning meals (while learning about nutrition), shopping for supplies (while learning about money management), and having a great time spending time in a supportive environment with other young adults getting ready to be on their own, or who just want to be a bit more independent.
Ages 14-25.  Located in the Wisconsin Dells.

It is open to all Wawbeek (including Trailblazers) campers. We will be packing a weekend with as many things as we would do in a week, but with a winter twist! Baking cookies, sledding (if there is snow, of course), and crafts for the winter are sure to be on the agenda for the weekend. This weekend is planned to not only be fun for everyone who attends, but offer some respite for families right after the hectic holiday season.    Ages 7-18.  Located in the Wisconsin Dells.

This weekend is open to all Wawbeek campers (including Trailblazers) and will be full of activities to get you out of the house and moving. There will of course be some crafts and time for outdoor activities (weather depending), and maybe even a trip to town for shopping or a bowling tournament at the local lanes. This weekend will be geared toward all adults who are still full of youth and want to spend a few days at camp while it isn’t summer. Ages 18+.  Located in the Wisconsin Dells.

Please list who will be paying for your session.
