Renting Camp Wawbeek

Guests bring their own linens - sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. The camp does not provide linens.

The following facilities are available from September - May:

• Gregory C. Van Wie Hall features a fully equipped kitchen/dining hall, lounge area, two beautiful fireplaces, a large deck and accommodations for 70 people. There are four bathroom/shower areas. Each is flanked by two large rooms that sleep eight people.
• An activity/meeting room, the Pavilion, is adjacent to Van Wie Hall.

These facilities are available April 15 - May 15 and September 15 - October 15:

• Male Dorm: Each of five open rooms sleeps 12 and has a bathroom/shower. Total capacity 60 people. This building offers heat and air conditioning.
• Castle: This historic building sleeps 28.  Small, heated rooms have 2-4 beds each and there are four bathrooms. .
• Menomoni: This unheated building is a small cottage with two wings that sleeps a total of 17 people. Each wing adjoins a bathroom. There is one central shower area.
• Raymond House: Sleeps 10 people in two unheated rooms containing mostly bunk beds. There are two bathrooms.
• Kiwanis Dining Hall: Seats 120.
• Kiwanis Kafe: Unheated activity/meeting room with no kitchen facilities.

Food Service

There are several options for food service. Van Wie Hall has a fully equipped kitchen, as does the Kiwanis Dining Hall if you choose to bring your own food. We can provide a cook and/or food for your gathering at an additional fee based on menu items selected. There are catering and food delivery services in Wisconsin Dells that will provide meals.
